Hey fellas, can anyone tell me why Taylor Spiro-Pro 8mm wires and MSD 8.5 mm super conductor wires are so much cheaper than GM wires. I contacted dal and HIS price was $107 a set including the coil wire, compared to about $50 for Taylor and $80 for MSD. Do you guys think I should check the local autozone for new wires? GM plugs are about 4.66 ea, which isn't bad. Thanks

O.E. parts are most always more exspensive than aftermarket on components like that. you wont believe the mark up. the decals i have on my fog light covers are the heat treated ones that go on the pillar of the 87 TA. GM list is 22.48 a piece!!!!! my dealer sold them to me for 11.50 each, and he still made money on them!

So Ken, what would you recommend me do? You already told me to change the coil wire.....which I will....should I change the coil too? And where would you recommend me get the wires at?
