Alrite guys i have came to the conclusion my car is shifting at too high of a rpm like 6500!!!! What rpm would my car stop making more power at? I think it is time for a retune?

First I'd ask what is causing it to shift that high. I'm not sure if the PCM uses speed or RPM to determine when to shift. If your PCM has not been calibrated for your rearend gears that might be the cause. Is your speedometer accurate?Tracy

Have your tuner, pcm4less, adjust that for you. You might want to send them some logged runs so they have soemthing to work with.Comment
