Ground Effects kit I can't find anywhere!

I was spending my typical 3 hours looking through random Camaro related web pages and found a picture of this camaro with ground effects that I absolutely need! lol. Well I've search and searched and searched and haven't found anything but a picture. I'm hoping that I can post a picture of this beauty and maybe one of you guys could help me out. Right now i have a completely stock 96 camaro and I wanna know where I can get my car to look exatcly like it (except the wing). Other people have said that they have never seen anything like it in the US so I'm assuming I gotta order it overseas. But, Im really not sure so If u have any info at all please help me out here. lol um not quite, im a newbie but im looking really for that complete body kit thing. the rocker panels and the front part is really what im going for. Thanks for you help man lol i really appreciate it.

Here's another cool link with tons of pics of different Camaro ground eff. It says on most of them who makes the parts. The one you like doesn't tell ??? I believe.

On some of the pics you like you can see Asian writings. Not too familiar which country but based on the cars driving on the left hand site it could be Japan.
