The blower motor on the 94 Camaro gave up. I had noticed that when the A/C was set to max or normal, there was still some small leakage of air though the defroster vents. Anyone ever tear into HVAC system? My manual doesn't really cover squat on this topic. I replaced the motor very quickly and now it blows plenty of air, I just want to iron out the diverter so that the windshield doesn't get dew spots from the cold air. Thanks for any insight!

When I was orginally going to make a dedicated track car out of my 97 WS6, I basically stripped it down to the bare unibody/chassis. Then I bought the Camaro and had to put it all back together. It's kinda a PITA to get the the blower motor/evap/diverter area, but not too bad. I pulled the dash so it was easy to get to for me. I've got pictures of most of the tear down and rebuild. Let me know if you need a specific picture.
And I have all of the complete HVAC system laying in the shop (well except for the compressor and you already have that). I did not put it back into the car.
