ALWAYS check the online sources that most of us use - Dal Slabaugh or Jason Cromer. Check them first they are about 50% of dealer price + shipping. I paid $25 for an LT4 KM, (although it was probably 6 years ago ). Shoebox has links to these sources on his webpage. He has the part numbers for numerous LT1/LT4 parts there too, along with diagrams, photos, how tos, etc. If you aren't using Shoebox's pages, you are short changing yourself.

      Cheap parts:

The only caution I would note would be that over the past couple months, people have had problems with inadequate packaging and damaged parts from Jason Cromer. But that's not going to be an issue with an LT4 KM.

It is a "genuine GM" part. I doubt there are any aftermarket sources. Any parts store that sells GM/Delco parts can order it for you, but you'll find the list price it about $60. You'll need the part # to order it, since the average parts slug (even at a GM delaer) will never have heard of the "LT4 knock module"..... typically they will try and sell you the knock sensor.

Are you in such a big hurry you can't just use the good price sources that we recommend?
