Could anyone give me a quick tutorial as to how to replace a power window motor in a 4th gen?

I have found that 90% of the time the motors are fine, its the tracks creating the excess power sucking drag. Adjust and lube the tracks and mechanisms, you will see a huge difference.Originally posted by soCalTA1995 Z28 Convertible, 350ci LT1 73K miles M6.
