  • Power window motor replacement 4th gen

    Could anyone give me a quick tutorial as to how to replace a power window motor in a 4th gen?

      wow .. great link Joe .... and what luck .. the motor on mine is in need of some work.
      97 TA, M6, JBA ceramic coated headers, Borla Cat-back exhaust, 1.6 RR, 160 Thermo, LT4 knock sensor, CAI, Bils, Hotchkis all around, GT rotors, B&M shifter, Magnecor wires, Granatelli MAF
      In the shop LT4 Intake and heads.

        I have found that 90% of the time the motors are fine, its the tracks creating the excess power sucking drag. Adjust and lube the tracks and mechanisms, you will see a huge difference.
