  • finally going to put on my headers

ok im finally going to put on my headers. I have hooker long tubes with the places for the 02 sensors. I have heard that you need to get 02 extensions or something. Where can I get them, how much do the cost ect...

I believe I got my extensions from Thunder Racing. They are a vendor on this site.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up and totally worn out, loudly proclaiming......WOW WHAT A RIDE!!!

If you are not putting on cats behind your longtubes, you will need 2 of the simulators to replace the rear O2 sensors your car currently has. If you are putting a catted y-pipe on, you will need some fairly long rear O2 extensions.

You will need the 24" front O2 sensor extensions to reach the O2 bungs on the headers.

            For the primary front sensors:

125-109011 Oxygen Sensor Extension, 24" Flat 4-Pin (Front Sensor on 1994-1997 F-body, Front & Rear on 1994-1996 Impala SS) $25.00

If you are not running cats, you'll need two of these in place of the rear sensors:

            125-104035 O2 Simulator (Single) - 1996-up V8 F-body/Corvette (2 required) - OFF ROAD USE ONLY $44.99
