  • plastic fuel lines ( replacement)

    Hi guys,
yesterday I found a leaking plastic fuel hose,
it's one of those 3 black plastic hoses between fuel rails and left corner in the engine bay.
am wondering if may I use braided hoses, what size of hoses and what kind of fittings I need???

    thanks for any help.

You can switch to braided lines, but its expensive. You would have to either weld -6AN fittings to the hard lines at the fuel rails, and do likewise at the pump/return ends at the tank. Then buy the -6AN lines.

I've done it, but only because is was nesessary for the fuel sytem I installed for the HP I needed.
