alright guys, i have a 2000 V6 firebird, A4, 60k miles, and the SOB is starting a little "hiccup" under acceleration. it doesnt do it when i am accelerating from a stop, but when i am steady cruising, lets say 40-45mph and try to accelerate, the damn thing starts jerking really bad until it kicks down into a lower gear.
and when i am on the freeway going about 65-70mph and try to accelerate to pass cars it does it even worse.
is it the tranny giving this trouble, or is it time for new plugs/wires? the car has no mods except for a K&N filter.
engine is stock, never touched other than the routine maintence (usually oil & filter change) performed by myself.
