Where to get custom cam and fuel work

I am currently building up a 95 LT1 to a 383 stroker motor with 9:1 compression ratio with blower pistons. I plan to run a supercharger and LT4 ported and polished heads matched to a ported and polished LT4 intake manifold. Where can i find more information on fuel applications and custom cam specifications?
