What difference SPEC/GM Clutch Actuator#s

I just installed SPEC. Stage 3 LS-1 SC093 clutch kit onto my 2002 LS-1 6 spd. I puzzled with the Clutch Actuator Cylinder GM # 12565145 and SPEC instruction said, recommend installing both #15046288 (Internal?) and #12570277 (external?). Curious, what is difference those parts? Better techique? More Stronger?

Working on put LS2 Carburator w/T-56 without PCM on '01 Camaro, was original V-6.
