Yes it will, BUT the key deterring phrase is "Underhood Cold Air Induction".

      Are you sure, Kevin

That is a Corvette kit, not a f-body kit.

Of course. It just bolts to the TB, the Vette LT1 TB is the same. You just have to customize the support brackets. Seen it done. Yes, it would be easier to to just buy an actual f-body kit that actually pulled cool air from outside the engine bay.

The reason im asking is cuz i just bought a ram air hood, should be here in a week or two, So IF i did go this route, just cuz it looks awesome, I would be pulling in a fair amount of warm air from the engine bay, is this because the filters dont go up into the groove that the hood has for the airbox? What do you guys think, is it worth it or should I just go for the air box?

Yes, this kit will be pulling in warm air from your engine bay. It can be made to fit but IMO it is not worth the effort. You would make more power with a true f-body CAI or just buy the neccesary parts to make your ram air functional.

The hood I got is an actual SLP Hood off a 94 Firehawk, already white too. I cant seem to find a K&N Filter for the ram air box, and I stumbled on this when I was looking for it, do you maybe have a part number for that filter?

I believe the largest panel filter you can use from K&N is the #332035. It was designed for a 90-96 Corvette, but it fits inside a SLP, UltraZ, or WS6 airbox. I also enlarged the top of my air box to alow more flow across the filter.

That's right, I bought that filter from Summit for my airbox and it fits my Firehawk airbox. On a related note, do you have some kind of gasket material that seals the box with the hood?
