If I jumper 12V to the wire in this picture (with red arrow), does that turn the fuel pump on????:

Yes sir, that would be the fuel pump prime connector.

Can't tell from that picture. It should be a grey wire which goes to the fuel pump prime connector. On my car, it was in the split loom about 8" towards the front of the car on the left hand side of your picture.Comment
