rim question

im trying to clean up and im repaint my GTA's well it has the polish lip but it has this area where it looks like the clear or polish left? any1 kno how 2 fix this?

The GTA wheels have a painted center and polished out lip, the wheel is then clearcoated. The only was to fix the imperfections in the polished section is to strip off the clear, polish the rim and follow up with a clearcoat to protect them.
