i turn my headlings on in my 97 firebird, and the right one stayed down. so i turn them off and back on and it came up. after i got home i tryed turning them on and off and they worked fine just wounder if the motor is about to go or what, ive tryed again and again but it works every time, could it have just been a fluke that it didn't come up the frist time?

My 93 Formula does that when it is cold outside. But it is always temporary, so it hasn't been a problem.

Usaully, when the motor starts to go, it will make a loud buzzing sound.
