LS1 and LT1 MAF differences?

Are there differences between the 2 MAFs? Or can one bolt onto the other with no problems - same output, same diameter, length, etc.?
The reason I ask is because on Shoebox's web site, it lists 25008308 as the LT1 MAF. That part shows up in gmpartsdirect. However, once you checkout, the part changes to 25179711, which is the LS1 MAF. And the cost is about 1/2.

Sorry if this was asked before, I can't seem to do searches on less than 4 chars, i.e. LS1, LT1, MAF

Interesting. I didn't think they were directly interchangeable. A check at AC-Delco.com seems to indicate they are. The old AC-Delco part number (213-252) is no longer listed.

That's almost as cheap as buying it used.
