  • Steering advice needed

The car seems to wander just a bit on the highway. Just had an alignment done and it's the same before and after. The power steering fluid was a little low and I topped it off a couple months ago. That helped a little.

I'm thinking about getting the system flushed and filled. What do you all think???

What are you running your tire pressures at? The higher the pressure the more it will wander.

You should read this article http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tirete....jsp?techid=47

I had a sticking front caliper that made my car pull to the left...but you said wander, so that nullifies my post...

It's slight, but there. I know it's normal to pull a little due to the slope of the road. I run my tires at the recommended pressure. I already checked that though.

It's funny how you notice little things and later it turns out to be a problem. I cut a rear tire once. It took an hour for the tire to lose most of it's pressure, but I could feel it through the steering very slightly for the last 1/2 hour before it went. I remember thinking that I need to get it checked...then...boom!
