Yesterday I tore the roof off and began fabricating all the metal for the T-tops. Thanks to Daves T-top install page and Grips Install page I was able to replicate their work and have the T-Tops seal perfectly. It looks great and I am pleased with the way it turned out. Today I will be fiberglassing the end and smoothen out all the small cuts. Get some silicone and seal the weatherstripping around the corners and then paint the top. I'll post a picture when it's all done.

Just go to the Pontiac dealer and have them look it up. If I remember correctly, they weren't very expensive...

Here are some pictures from yesterday. The bondo work turned out pretty nice, I am pleased with the way it turned out. I will be primering and sanding today, then hopefully painting later on.
I also took a photo of the headers installed!

Heres the updated pictures. I am still
for the headliner and the front windshield trim. Since the temperature dropped 30 degrees overnight Im going to wait until it gets warmer to paint the cutline on the roof.

What did you glue the back panel down with where you made your cut? On mine I got some real good body sealer from a buddy of mine and we ran a bead of it in there to glue it in place and give the top some support.2005 GTO (mine) K&N CAI and Magnaflow exhaust, drilled and slotted rotors, and other minor mods.

I ran a thick bead of black sealant all the way along the back. Its dry now and definetly gave the back the suppourt it needs.
By the way your conversion looks very nice. I had some Dupont base coat/ clear coat mixed and we shot that on the car. I also stripped the front bumber at the same time and that was painted also.
