Here is where you can find the EGR Plates..
egr plates
Everything else you can find at summit.
Removing the the air is easy. Remove the pump on the bottom right of the engine. There is also a metal tube that runs under the crank to the pass side exhaust manifold to remove. Remove the tube that goes to the drivers side manifold.96 Camaro Z28/A4,Vortech elbow,Moroso CAI,Flowmaster.Addco PHR,LCA,160* Stat,pcmforless,1LE Driveshaft,1LE A/C delete pulley,1LE Front sway bar,Strut brace, sub frames, LT4 knock module,255 lph pump,Cutout,

I got all of mine through Summit. Free shipping, cheap handling fee. I would also suggest you replace motor mounts. Only $40 extra for poly (p/n PTP-7-508-BL), and I regret not doing it when I did the header install. It's a major PITA, and practically like doing the header install all over again.
Depending on how worn your current ones are, the headers might vibrate on the k-member, causing KR, or your teeth to rattle out.94 Black T/A GT, Advanced Induction 355, 3200 stall, built 4L60E, Moser 9", Baer Brakes, Shooting for 11s...

When you remove the AIR pump, you need to make sure you have a good fuse in the power supply circuit, or you will get a code/SES light. You also need a 5/8" vacuum cap to cap off the nipple for the AIR air supply hose on your air intake ducting.
The EGR deletion, assuming you are removing the EGR vacuum solenoid, requires that you put a resistor in the vacuum solenoid elctrical harness to avoid a code. You may get a code for the missing EGR flow. In the OBD-I setups, about 80% of the deletions don't cause a code, but it is possible.
Get a set of locking bolts for the headers.... not sure if the Stage 8 lock-washers will fit on the Pacesetters. If not, the Breslin locking bolts will be needed. I've actually had good lock with ARP header bolts, so it is possible to get by without them. If the Pacesetter flanges are thick, get a 1" bolt rather than the 3/4" bolts.
I've had good luck with the Mr. Gasket Ultra-seal copper header gaskets.Fred
