Here are some that I know of.

One is where the A pillar cover meets the dashboard. There is a felt pad that goes in the grove in the dash where the pillar cover goes. I assume the pad is supposed to stop the squeak. Unfortunately the pad is in my opinion too short. It should cover the entire length but it doesn't. On mine it was not entirely in the groove allowing the plastic to rub the plastic.

Another is the top dash cover. It is supposed to be held down by several plastic Velcro. The Velcro glue backing will let go of the dash and let it move.

Another is the rear hatch. Lowering the hatch latch should help it close tighter and stop some of the rear squeaks. I think GM trying that screw down hatch was an attempt to quiet the hatch. Unfortunately some people forgot not to slam it which messed up the screw latch mechanism.

Another rattle is the jack/spare tire.

Another squeak is the rear spring perch on the axle. There is no isolator there which there should be. The spring moves on the perch causing a squeak. It really needs something to isolate the spring. Some people have tried a piece of tubing on the bottom of the spring. I tried that on the front of my mustang and it wore through in a couple of months. Ford makes a piece that looks like a rubber hose but is much harder to go on the spring. I'm thinking about putting them on mine when I put the BMR springs that are sitting here in a box on the car.

On my old Mustang the passenger seat used to squeak. I latched the passenger seat belt to stop it from making noises. You might try that.

            thanks guys...
i'm thinking its the rear hatch and the biggest problems might be the rear spring perch on the axle. any spray on stuff that might help.

Anything you put on it won't last more than a couple of days.

Here is the spring isolator used on the Mustang. It looks like a piece of rubber tubing that is cut from one side almost all the way through to allow it to bend without kinking and slide on to the spring.

The most common rattle Ive seen is from The T-Tops where the T-tops lock into place, some dielectric grease there elimiates the rattling when going over bumps and road imperfections. I have SFC's since car was new, so far no major rattles, and the entrance to my apt complex causes SUV's and truck to bottom out their shocks and nose-scrape pretty badly (some rash for me as well but have to live with it )

Check your suspension components. I just rid my Z of her last squeaks (sans the bloody CAI bracket) by replacing the sway bar bushings and end-links. Just a thought.

lol I added more noise to mine with an adj panhard bar this past summer. I did add subframes at the same time though.... Fix some noises and cause others.
