I cant find these codes anywhere. Does anyone know what they mean?

Have never seen R7R.

6DB and 7DB are for the LF and RF springs, respectively. (if maybe you mistyped and transposed the letters)

[edit] Saw your RPO code sticker on another thread, so I know you did not transpose the letters. At any rate, the code is still for the LF and RF suspension springs.

It says Control Sales Item No. 42 *Processing Option* . Not exactly sure what it means.

Somewhere I thought to have read "early order option".
