  • throttle cable problem

    i have a 93 camaro z28 the throttle body has three wires connected to it when i took of the intake manifold one of the wires came up missing and i cant find it anywhere any ideas of where it is or were i could look for it i have the throttel cable and the cruise cable but i'm missing the other one... please help one of my nabors told me that the third cable if for a kick down cable but i have a manual....

    The third cable is the TV cable. TV stands for Throttle valve.

    This is how your trans knows what position your throttle is at. It controls much more than downshift.

    It goes from the throttle body to the passenger side of the trans.
