running rough

Can somebody help me please!!! Have a 94 Z28 LT1, seems runs great however, sometimes will start running rough, can be on free way and start feeling like it the fuel cuts off or sometimes on acceleration will start acting like its starving for fuel, or gets a little jerky will let off gas and wants to stall? On freeway last night it started acting up I pulled over shut off restarted and drove fine? any ideas?

There is no misfire detection enabled on a OBD-I car.

ctfiretamer, you should still get this car on a scanner to see what is going on. Could be so many things and there are a ton of diagnostic procedures. Looking for codes and sensor data will normally help to point you in the right direction.

The optispark distributor on theses cars are known to be a problem child especially on the non-vented versions such as yours. Fuel filter, plugs, wires, ICM, fuel pump, etc..

Hopefully Fixed

Took car to local shop, got a diagnostics check done, showed to MAS cleaned a reinstalled , looks like it fixed it will continue to monitor it though.. thanks for help fellas...
