I'm looking to put new tires on my 94 firebird. The stock tires for it are p235 can I put p245s on, and what do you recommend to put on there will be some snow driving but that is not a large factor.

      Yokohama AVS-ES100's

I bought these Yokohama AVS-ES100's a few months ago. They have awsome dry traction, they are great in the rain. Unfortunatly we get no snow here in sunny Florida.

245/50ZR16's were only "standard" on the Trans Am GT in 1994. The standard tires on the Formula and base Trans Am were 235/55R16, unless you ordered the car with the "QLC" option, which included the 245/50ZR16 tires.

Yes, you can use the 245/50-16's on your stock 16x8 wheels. You can also upgrade to a 17x9 or 17x9.5 wheel, and use 275/40-17... standard size on the WS6 and SS coupes.
