Suspension Build Question

I am going to be acquiring a 95 Trans Am M6 in the very near future, from my brother. I need to know whether or not it is possible to get the T/A to corner close to 1G on the skidpad, or am I wasting time and money pursuing such a goal? I would appreciate any input as to recommended parts or courses of action. Thanks a bunch.

u can do it, but its more gonna come down to what ur plans for it. if u want it to handle 1gs but run 10s dont bank on it. but if its all road course, then its all on how much is too much

I was banking on 425HP, nothing more than 12's in the quarter. I really want to hit some SCCA events, and I have friends that can get me onto the track at Daytona, so I would like to be well rounded. Also, the stiffer the ride the better, I am no Cadillac driver.
