More info. with picture. It looks like, and sounds like a grippy tire from the description. If you compare the tread of this, and the G-Force TA KDW this 1 looks more grippy.94 Formula LT1 (Aqua Metallic) - Auto. - 104,000 miles - Charcoal Leather Mods: Magnaflow Muffler, Lingenfelter CAI, MadZ28 Tune, 160F Hyp. My Brother had a set of Yoko's on his Vette that he ended up getting rid of. Though I do not believe they were the ones you are asking about. I'll ask him.SOLD: 2002 Trans Am WS.6 - Black on Black - 6 Speed

These tires are junk
I sell tires for a living, and my store happens to carry these tires. Technically they are made by Yokohama, but you won't find the name "Yokohama" anywhere on that tire. You see, many tire manufacturers keep old tire molds around so that they can make tires for the private label brands (no name tires). At the store where I work, that tire goes by the name "Cordovan" Mirada Sport GTX. Cordovan Tires is owned by TBC Corporation, which is the largest wholesaler of private label branded tires. You'll find that almost 80% of all private label brand tires are owned by TBC, with most of them being made by Cooper and Goodyear. Although that tire has an "A" traction rating, "B" temperature rating, and a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty, it won't hook-up for [EDIT]. Wet weather traction sucks as well, partly because it doesn't have Silica added to the compound. It is nothing more than an entry level product for people who can't afford the expensive "H" and "V" speed rated tires that there cars came equipped with from the factory.

My tire guy convinced me to buy a new set of tires that came out at the beginning of last yr called Fuzions. They are made by Bridgestone so I decided to give them a try. I am pretty happy about them compered to the Pirelli's, and Potenzas I had before. Anyone else tried these tires? What do you think of them? My next ones I will try the G force from BF Goodrich. Anyone have comments on them on the firebirds?http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2317021/1

It all really depends on what you use your car for. Is this a track car or a street car? Do you drive all year round, no matter the weather? Does it only get driven on the weekends when it's sunny? If you have a track car, for drag racing nothing beats the Mickey Thompson drag radials (besides slicks of course), for auto-x Hoosier makes some pretty nice slicks. For a car that sometimes gets driven in snow, I really like the BFG G-Force T/A KDWS. For a car that sees rain, but not snow, nothing beats the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3. And for a street driven, dry pavement only tire, go with the BFG G-Force T/A KD. Of course, I haven't even gotten into price or mileage concerns. Generally speaking, the tires that are designed for exceptional traction on dry pavement last the shortest amount of time. Hope that helps!'95 Pontiac TA Arctic White T- tops

I used to drive all year round for the 1st couple of years of the car. But on my second year i purchased an SUV for a second car. Because we all know it doesnt matter what tire you have your just not going anywhere in the snow. I really like to drive hard so I do alot of street driving, and some on the drag strip every now and then. I am on my 4th set of tires. These Fuzions I bought really stick well and for only 120 dollars a piece I couldnt beat it. (got them at cost)They look good too. I will try to post a pic..I definitely want the G force for my next set of rims. I am looking for chrom 18's once my car is painted in a couple of weeks hopefully..http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2317021/1
