  • 1992 Z28 5.7 w/62k for $4,900 good price?

What do you guys think, didn't even know rear Louvers were a factory option? Color is not my first choice and it's not a Heritage Edition, because they only came in Red, Black, White, or Purple...but overall it's all their, not hacked up. Pinstriping would have to go.

    Options are as follows:
    Gray Custom Interior
    Delco-Bose Stereo
    Rear Louvers
    5.7 w/Auto
    G92 Posi Rear

Can't figure out how to Post a picture, Copy/Paste isn't available?

I bought my 1994 firebird formula with the lt1 engine with only 73k miles. it costed me 4500...but i would say that isnt that bad of a price, how is the body? how does it look. Of course i would say try to negociate down a little bit but thats not to bad.

Problem is, you can't compare a '94 to a '92. Yes a '94 is a better car, but since 1992 is the 25th anniversary of the Camaro and last year for the 3rd gen F-body their prices are going up while our 4th gen car are still depreciating. Maybe I should just concentrate on a 1992 Heritage Edition Z28 instead of just a plain Z28. Thanks for the reply.

Nice car. You're not tremendously far from me either. I have a friend trying to break into the F-body market. He's looking for a late 3rd gen or early 4th. I'll let him know and see if he's interested.

Greg, do you travel on Great Hill Road on a daily basis? If so, I see you just about every morning going to work. If it's not you then were are you located in CT?

I used to own a '91 Z28 and always wanted to replace it with a '92 Z but can't find one in good shape which isn't over $5k.
