I took the switch completly out and bought a new one and replaced it. The light still doesnt work does anyone have any ideas?

hey matt, i'm not really sure it's the switch that's the problem...it's the little lamp. I haven't tried to take out the lights, sorta living with the switches having no lights but it's the lights not the switch, I remember reading it somewhere. Gotta soder a new lamp if I'm not mistaken...

well the light on the switch works cuz its brand new. It just doesnt work when I plug it into my car I cant figure out what the problem is.Comment

are the other lights on the dash on? Is the light switch/knob/wheel on turned up all the way? Check the fuses...

well all the other switches and lights work. Even the light on the right hand side of the steering wheel works so I know its the wiring or something I'm doing wrong. Thanks
