  • Windshield Wipers: 4th Gen TA

Does anyone know of any other option apart from factory replacement wipers? I just checked and found out that factory replacement wipers were like $60 a piece. I have tried several brands of after market wipers and of them fit. It has something to do with the end of the wiper arm having and upside down fitting.

My 94 still has the original arms, covers and metal wiper blade assemblies. All I have ever had to do was replace the rubber with some Anco 24N refills, less than $10 a pair...... oh, and some satin black paint on the metal frames.

Anco's here as well. Got them at a local Autozone.

Ah, so the secret is rubber only and paint those nasty things. Got it! Thank God I didn't buy the replacements.

They also make them in refills which includes the metal arm. I have the Anco N24R's. $5.99 a side.

$60?!? Wow...where'd you find that price?

Like was mentioned before Aranco has wipers to fit our cars. In fact, don't just get any 24" Aranco. The one you want is labeled for F-bodies/Camaro/Firebird. It's on the front of the package.

Also, you can go to NAPA. they have a good replacement there that's an exact fit. I can't remember the name exactly, but if you do a BB search you should find it. I made the post about a year ago.
