I need to know where the high speed relay is located for the blower motor........
I have been troubleshooting my blower motor. It only works some times, and will only operate at I and II speeds. I already replaced the switch in the dash, and also took the whole motor out, tested it, and it was fine.
I used a probe to check the ground going to the connector that attaches to the blower motor everything there was grounded just fine, however, I did not get anything coming from the purple wire (the only wire other one other than the ground).
This told me that there is a problem with something else, and I found out that supposedly the first three speeds run on a resistor, and then there is a relay for the fourth speed (runs 12 volts directly to the motor). When my motor does happen to work, I can run it on speeds I II and III, but it automatically shuts off once I flip the switch to IIII.
The fuses are all fine.
If anyone knows where I could find the "High Speed Relay for the blower motor" that would be a great help. thanks
