I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess you mean a third gen (82-92).
There is no difference in the fenders from 82-92 on a base line firebird or formula.
There are several different types on the Transam with different scoops behind the front wheel.
GTA uses tha same fender as a regular fire bird but comes pre drilled for Ground FX. Hope this helps

finally a strictly third gen question! lol. the firebird's endura nose was not the only unique feature to be add on the 91-92 models. there is a spoiler (built-in ground effects) on the base of the nose, THE FENDER, the side, and the rear quarter panel on the 91-92, which is not found on the 82-90. there is nothing to say that the body style changed so much the 82-90 fender could not be installed, but w/o buying the ground effects to match it up, it may seem a little tacky. also the fender air extractors were feature on some but not all models.

The fender has not changed in body line from 82-92 other than in drilling of holes in the fender for GFX and air extrators. I am corrected in the built in lower scoop(GFX) on the fire bird 91-92. It will have pre drilled holes. There is nothing saying you cant drill them your self if you dont want to pay the factory or (heaven forbid) jobber fender company. One thing I will say is try to stay away from the jobber fenders. They dont fit well and you will not be happy. Factory is the way to go even if you have to go to the junk yard to find a set. You will have to paint them anyways.
