Im pretty sure that the sheet metal is the same. The only differene is the cut-out for the ground effects.

Difference is 91-92 have holes pre drilled for the front air dam that bolts to the lower front of the fender. Other than that there is no difference in the basic shape of the fender. All the body lines will line up.
