Horsepower/Torque with Purchases

How much horsepower/torque am I going to get from a Magnaflow High Flow Universal Catalytic Converter, and a SLP 1LE Elbow combined?
I know its minimal, but I needed the parts, so why not go with performance parts over stock. Have a failing cat, and a ripped elbow in 2 places.) I ordered the parts today, and got the best deals I could find.
I'm guessing 10 combined.

I'd guess 3 or 4 total. 10 is way high.
