    one more question:

    do I really need that $100 "installation kit" from SLP? I see it has an EGR tube and some hoses. I suppose I'd better get it, huh.

      I did...mainly for the EGR pipe extension, the y-pipe donut gaskets and the AIR hoses. You could probably rig up stuff, but I opted for the premade ones...and they do fit well. The y-pipe bolts given are very cheap. They already bent/broke on me. And of course, you won't need the header bolts and the gaskets.

      You could probably buy everything at a hardware store, but probably have to make a custom EGR pipe extension. To save some headache, I just bought the whole set

        Yeah, that's what i figured. I'll end up doing the same I'm sure.
