Whys it so hard to find used wheels on EBAY. 17/9.5 Corvette Wheels 285/40/17 Everything is NEW! I want cheap used ones. Can be rough looking as long as they are mechanically perfect!

I've been looking for quite awhile now at 17/9.5 wheels that are used, and cheap. Can't find any just new wheels on EBAY. Can be in fair condition, but as mentioned above in perfect mechanical condition. I need new tires. Have needed new tires since this fall, but I have waited. Tires are getting very worn now. If I get new 255/50/16 tires like I have now then new wheels will be out of the question then. Get my drift here. Meaning nows the time to buy if I'm ever going to.
