Whats the best bang for buck modifcations (nothing incredably drastic or pricey) that I could make to my IROC-Z for summer?
thanks!

I wooda went with like headers or something, but for under 700 as far as performance i would go with like a bigger therottle body or intake manifold, i would think that that would make a big difference.

Why wouldnt the intake manifold or throttle body work, is the engine not desighned for the extra air/fuel, or is there something else i'm missing?

Im with TraceZ...Tie the frame rails together and stiffen the front with a brace... You will still have money left over if you watch for a bargain...

I would say headers wouldn't be a bad investment the hooker 2055's seem to be a big favorite but with the ceramic coating (which is a must) it might get a little expensive for what you wanted to spend. they are 745 and some change from summit and include the y-pipe. If not I definately agree with TraceZ and go for some SFC's and a strut tower brace it will really tighten the car up a lot.

Sounds like a good idea, i think iam gonna go with the sub frame connectors and an engine bay brace, I would defintly like her to feel like new again!
