i just changed both the accesesory belt and the A/C belt on my 98 z28. The squeeking went away for the most part, but it's still there a little bit. And the degree of squeek seems to be pretty random, except that it always increase with the RPM's. Maybe some belt dressing on the new durlast belts would do the trick? any ideas?

Save the belt dressing. That stuff was mainly designed as a band-aid fix for the old v-belts.
Try pulling off the belt and thoroughly cleaning all the pulley belt surfaces with a solvent or some brake cleaner. This usually helps. Also spray some type of lubricant on the tensioner spring. -
I'll second that. I used belt dressing once. It works for a limited time. It's not a fix. Take a toothbrush and some water or alcohol and run it over the pulley surfaces.Joe K.

I suggest what everyone else said. Take the belt off, clean it thoroughly, and use brake or carb cleaner on the pulleys. Use a brush to get in to the grooves of the pulleys if you have to.
