sometimes(very rarely) and usually on a small hill, when i take off there is sometimes a grinding noise coming from under the car, it sounds like around the trans or engine area. this is only at very low rpm's and only goin like 10 or so mph. but after that it goes away.......anyone know what that could be????????

Very likely the trans mount. It is very common and is an easy fix.
Do a search for "transmission mount" or "trans mount" and you will find plenty of good info.
