Monsoon audio- rear speakers-fan noise problem

When the monsoon system is "OFF" and I then crank the fan to full I can hear the fan in the rear speakers.It only does that on full ventilation of the fan.When the monsoon system is "ON" I don't hear the fan on the rear speakers when put on full ventilation.It's the strangest thing and I don't understand it

I would look at your grounds first. The blower fan ground and the stereo ground.
