    I found a pair of stock car tires (goodyear eagles) with about 60% of the tread left on them, I was wondering if I should bother putting them on my car just to see what its like

    just to see what there like? what kinda tires do you have now....i doubt you will even notice a difference.

        Are you talking about the speedway radials used in NASCAR? I don't know how they'd hold, but I don't think they're not meant for drag racing. They'd probably hold well on a launch, but are more for the 2+ G turns.
