Hi all as of my last thread i was inquiring on gears which will be getting installed within the next week or so, and kinda got the itch to Maybe get a new cam and valves done, i've read up on a few choices but still am clueless on what i should put into the motor, I'm not looking to go to hairy but i'de like to notice the difference =) anyone have any idea on what size cam valves, rockers etc. to put in? Much appreciated =)

Well here's a list of cams, but you don't want too much duration because it won't work well with stock heads and low stall.
