What is the difference between a LT1 in a corvette and an LT1 in a F-body?

Intake and exhaust mostly. The Corvette was rated slightly higher in HP due to the fact it had a better flowing exhaust and intake ducting / filter box.Tracy

Yeah in addition to that the valve covers were composite. Dont forget the fuel rail covers, worth an extra 8.65 HP! 
If you want to get really picky, the water pumps were slightly different too, as well as the brackets and accessories on the front of the motor.
And then there is the fuel rail, also different than the one on the F-body.Tracy
