nah. Do you have headers on your car? I had to drop my starter to do my headers, but I can't remember if I dropped it before the stock Y pipe. It should be pretty simple. If you don't have to drop the Y pipe it should take 15 minutes to swap out. If you gotta drop the Y.... not so easy. my starter clicked the other day and it ended up being a broken ring terminal off the solenoid... crimped a new one on and attached back to the solenoid and was good as new....Comment
