You'll need dual cats to pass the visual inspection and get some O2 sims to fool the computer into thinking the cats are working fine. I put dual 3" cats in my Pacesetter y-pipe to keep it as legal as possible. You'll also want to get some O2 extension harnesses. I used some stainless 3" pre-formed band clamps instead of the ones that come with the headers so it would be easier to take apart if needed.69 Z28 with JL8 factory 4 wheel disc brakes, crossram, transistor ignition, radio delete, heater delete - being restored

Will the dual-cat AIR connections bolt directly to the Pacesetters, or do you need some sort of adapter? I thought I read a few posts from people along those lines?Fred

My AIR connections bolted right to the Pacesetter headers but I had to use some washers as spacers so the threads wouldn't bottom out. I've heard of others having problems with the fittings being the wrong size as well. So you might want to check those AIR fittings before you even start the install.69 Z28 with JL8 factory 4 wheel disc brakes, crossram, transistor ignition, radio delete, heater delete - being restored
