Baer Rotors and Hawk Pads

Does anyone have any experience with the Baer Decela Rotors? Thoughts/impressions. Same question on the Hawk Pads. Thoughts/impressions, HPS or Ceramic?

I have the Hawk HPS pads and Eradispeed rotors. Like both so far, the pads don't trash the wheels with brake dust like the stock pads did, and they do a great job stopping the car as long as they are broke in right.
