Power door lock switches

Anyone know the GM part number for the door lock switches? mine are pretty much shot and I'm gonna replace them when I do the driver's side power window motor. Thanks guys.

Might need to check with a dealer to see if the 93 is the same part #.

Ummm, i think 93 is different (gray instead of black). Also, how much do you want for the speed sensor? I'm gonna do it soon. The left one isn't giving me a problem, but I'll gladly take both of yours and keep it as a spare. Lemme know how much you want.
