I'm gonna take some wire and clean the ignition cylinder because I think therein lies the problem. I've tried starting the car with 2 different keys, but neither of them work..

I've also removed the PCM fuse, replaced it, then tried to start the car again, with the same results.

Before you get too far, verify that there is indeed a signal being sent to the starter. It is possible to have a bad ignition switch too. Not the lock cylinder which accepts the key, the ignition switch (located much further on down the column) sends power to the cluster, sends power to the starter, etc. when the key is turned. Take a digital volt meter and take a reading from the activation wire going to the starter solenoid whan the key is turned. If you aren't getting voltage then it's either the VATs, or the ignition switch. If you're getting voltage, then you're likely to have a loose cable somewhere. The ECM could be bad too. Tough to call without doing hands on.

Maybe try some contact cleaner and a small pipe cleaner to clean inside the cylinder.
