    just bought! mod questions

    I decided on a 2000 Z28 on friday! M6, black, T tops. Already had exhaust on it. What do you think is the best next thing for moding. Besides a cold air intake, and which intake is best? K&N? any thoughts or how your is set up would be great!

      black t-top M6, beautiful. I'd do headers, plugs and wires, depending on the miles. Headers are the best on these cars, the sound is amazing.

        I would agree that the best initial bolt-ons are LT headers, lid, and CAI. Alot of guys also do an aftermarket intake manifold in conjunction with a header install as well. On a M6 LS1, LT headers alone can give you an easy and honest 25 RWHP.

        Then the next would be to get a tune to optimize the power output of those bolt-ons.

          leave the engine alone. start with suspensions, like subframe conectors, strut tower brace etc.
