Was just wondering what problems one would run into using a LSx PCM on an LT1 I'm not sure if they would plug up the same but if they didn't with the neccerary mods done to get it to plug into the LT1 harness, I have my reasons for asking, coil over plug(yes I know I could run with LTCC or Delteq)...

I've never heard of anybody successfully getting an LSx PCM to manage an LT1 powertrain. Just make life easy and get yourself a LT1 PCM.
Do a search in the for sale sections on the bigger f-body boards such as www.ls1tech.com and www.cz28.com
There are always LT1 PCM's and harnesses for sale out there for cheap.
