What can I use to keep the hood lining inside car in place. Cheap fix I'm looking for. Something good to hold it up.

That's what I use on headliners. 3M Super 77. You can get it at Auto Zone, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, just about anywhere.
It works best when you spray both contact sides and let it "tack up" for about 5 minutes. Then apply the headliner to the backing "shell."

Or you can go to a fabric store and order the headliner material. It's a cloth with a foam backing. Then use the 3 m glue and glue it back to the backing. The material is 60" wide and is sold by the yard. The last time I bought it it cost $9.70 a yard. You can probably do the whole thing for 1.5 yards or $15 plus the glue. Make sure the glue is a high temp glue or it will let go on a hot day. I've done several headliners.2002 Electron Blue Vette, 1SC, FE3/Z51, G92 3.15 gears, 308.9 RWHP 321.7 RWTQ (before any mods), SLP headers, Z06 exhaust, MSD Ignition Wires, AC Delco Iridium Spark Plugs, 160 t-stat, lots of ECM tuning
